　　Qualified candidates will be located in Florida

　　The Senior Sales Executive will help us build our business in the public & labor area. The goal is to meet customer needs and help them make better decisions about their health care and health care spending. You will be responsible for sales for Aetna products and services in support of profitable growth and other business objectives.

　　These are the professionals who help us build our business in the national accounts, middle markets, small group markets, distribution channel, group insurance and specialty products areas. Focus will be on public and labor sales with significant travel 60%.

　　Required Qualifications

　　Cultivates strong, productive and influential relationships with brokers/consultants, customers, and peers focusing on the larger or more complex accounts/prospects. Implements strategies necessary to attain sales objectives in assigned areas.

　　Manages complex negotiations.

　　Positions products, rate levels, and expanded product portfolios to increase sales and maximize revenue.

　　Provides expertise in difficult renewals.

　　Identifies various ways to partner with the client by drawing from entire spectrum of product line.

　　Applicable state license to sell products.

　　At least 6 years of relevant sales experience.

　　Located in Florida.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　8+ years industry sales expereince.Education

　　Bachelor's degree desired or equivalent work experience.Pay Range

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$68,000.00 - $142,400.00

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
