About Senior Payroll Specialist

  ADP are recruiting for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team in Cheadle!

  Location: Cheadle (Southgate Centre One, 319 Wilmslow Road, Cheadle SK8 3PW).

  Hybrid working - 3 days in office & 2 days from home

  Full time, permanent role

  JOB PURPOSE:

  To support the Service Team Manager in enhancing both the client experience and associate development within the team. This will be achieved through the below key objectives and tasks.

  KEY OBJECTIVES:

  Support the development and engagement of associates through programme of coaching

  Improve client engagement within the team client base

  Focus on improving processes for the benefit of our clients and associates

  Join associates on client calls.

  Drive NPS.

  Support with contact reduction

  Provide service to a reduced portfolio of clients

  Subject matter expert for technical enquiries

  Coaching of associates; Product, Process, Payroll, Telephone Excellence

  Continuous Improvement

  Share and ensure adherence to best practice ensuring consistency across teams

  Ownership of the new starter onboarding

  Represent Service in BPI initiatives

  Payroll Commit/Bacs sign off

  SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  Expert in products, (including Freedom), payroll and legislation knowledge

  Excellent coaching skills and developing others

  Strong customer service skills

  Good communicating and influencing skills

  Results orientated

  Process and quality orientated

  Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  Minimum of 2 years' experience in producing UK payrolls (essential) and experience in coaching and developing junior associates (preferable)BENEFITS:
