　　Position Summary:

　　The Senior Manager, Digital Capability Management, SAC Planning and Visualization, owns build and support of the Planning and Visualization in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

　　This role works with a team of both internal and external resources to implement initiatives and projects to enable effectiveness, and efficiency of the business processes in the Planning and Finance area.

　　Actively work on prototyping solutions and proof of concepts to leverage SAC capabilities and demonstrate art of the possible to provide insights to business for speed of decision making.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　This role will have a comprehensive understanding of the SAP Finance Planning and Analysis and is a subject matter expert in the functional configuration and design experience with SAC Planning.

　　Lead the design and solutioning of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) implementations in Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and including analytics to support critical business KPIs.

　　Interact and collaborate with Corporate Financial Planning teams to build proof of concept for planning scenarios to assist in business case development.

　　Lead cross functional projects in the area of Finance General Ledger and SAP BW.

　　Implement SAC visualizations for Finance and Planning customers.

　　Accountable for delivery of projects on time and on budget, adhering to high-quality development principles.

　　Lead requirements and analysis workshops with clients to define business, process, functional needs, and data element requirements.

　　Absorb new ideas, drive innovation and continuous improvement for operations and design of processes.

　　Build strong inter-personal relationships with peers, IT Business partners, Business, and other key stakeholders to help with the smooth implementation of new applications/capabilities and technologies.

　　Manage stakeholder communications for projects.

　　Develops self through training and project work assignments.

　　Qualifications & Experience:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related field or equivalent professional experience.

　　Over 10 Years of experience in Financial Planning and Reporting with 5 years of strong experience in SAC Planning and dashboards design in SAC.

　　Expert in functional configuration and design experience in developing and optimizing SAC planning models and applications.

　　Knowledge of Data Action Trigger, Multi Actions, Allocation Process, Roles, Authorizations, Public and Organization Dimensions, Data locking and Data Access Control.

　　Hands-on experience in the development of Stories in SAC with focus on Strategic Plan and Revenue Planning.

　　Experience building Calculation views, CDS views as source for SAC Modeling will be an advantage.

　　Working experience in S/4 HANA Finance/Controlling.

　　Knowledge in SAP BW is plus.

　　Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry is a plus.

　　Ability to understand and learn existing custom reporting solutions in BMS.

　　Experience managing projects or components of large projects.

　　Able to deal with ambiguity in problem definition and organizational relationships and experience working in a matrix organization.

　　Able to direct multiple activities and projects at once and prepare for a pipeline of demand.

　　Able to manage work across virtual teams.

　　Demonstrates openness to learning new skills and helping others to raise their “technology quotient.”

　　Strong oral and written presentation skills.
