  So, what's the job?

  The Senior Director of Digital Transformation will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing the digital transformation strategy for World Travel Protection (WTP). This position will work to implement innovative solutions to create significant impact across the globe.

  This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office, 2 remote.

  You’ll focus on enhancing the customer experience by streamlining the customer journey through technology use, and improving interfaces for our team members

  You’ll develop a plan for enhanced customer self-help through our market applications

  You’ll work to optimize our technology infrastructure, looking to maximize efficiency and scalability of our Salesforce, Genesys, and other support tools

  You’ll work to leverage automation and artificial intelligence to support Company-wide operational productivity

  You’ll foster a culture of innovation and drive digital transformation

  You’ll explore emerging technologies, such as machine learning and predictive analytics, to enhance service offerings and drive business growth

  You’ll keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practice

  You’ll work to build and nurture strong partnerships with technology providers

  You’ll drive innovation and enable seamless integration of systems and processes

  You’ll work to strengthen data protection and cyber security measures across the organisation, ensuring compliance with industry and governmental regulations

  And what are we looking for:

  Required:

  • You’ll have a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years’ experience in IT leadership role.

  • You’ll have Travel Insurance or Insurance Industry experience

  • You’ll have experience in developing and implementing an organization-wide IT strategy

  • You’ll have a strong grasp of technology trends, and you’ll keep up to date on emerging technologies and best practice

  • You’ll be a collaborative team player with strong communication, negotiation and influence skills

  • You’ll have a solid understanding of enterprise applications. Experience with Salesforce and/or Genesys would be beneficial

  • You’ll have the ability to lead and deliver complex projects successfully

  • You’ll be an excellent problem solver, strategic thinker, creates and delivers fact-based business case for process and technology
