　　This position provides system support for all Linux based software by implementing, monitoring and maintaining systems and application software running under Linux. The position also works with application development team to provide optimum system performance and availability. The candidate will also provide support on database maintenance and performance tuning.

　　What You'll Bring:Degree Holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline Minimum 5 years of DBA with hands-on experience in system & database sizing, design, tuning, DB reorganization, capacity planning and problem analysisSolid knowledge in Database Administration (e.g. Informix, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)Working experience in Linux and Windows system administration preferably in virtualized environmentFamiliarity with Linux scripting languagesWork independently with standalone problem solving capabilityExperience with virtualization technologies, such as VMwareKnowledge of network, SAN storage, Cloud (e.g. AWS) etc.Certificate in Oracle, SQL Server, AWS, etc. would be an advantageProficiency in spoken and written in English and CantoneseAvailable to provide 24/7 support on a roster basisKnowledge of Change Management process and procedureLeadership competence to drive resultImpact You'll Make:

　　System and Security maintenance of RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle & Informix)Perform Windows and Linux systems and database InfrastructureMonitor and responding on Security and Incident managementManage Ticketing system on RemedyMaintain the database and application systems in a healthy statusProvide professional insights to the application support team for all level of development/maintenance workPerform Installation, configuration, patching, database sizing, design, tuning and capacity planningEvaluation/Deployment of new application system and IT technologyExecute and maintain the drill test of BCP annuallyEnsure adequate documentation for all application and database systemsSupports and maintains other vendor database software installed on the Windows/Linux serversBenefits:
