Job Description The DataAnalyst will partner with Business stakeholders to understand and alignbusiness strategies, requirements and align them to their priorities.They will be responsible for collaborating with the business andtechnology stakeholders to translate high-level business requirementsinto functional, non-functional, and data requirements that will be usedby the design and development teams to build the technical solutions tofulfills the business needs. You will report to the Senior Data Productmanager. Key Responsibilities: Gather and validate business / technology/ data requirements to establish scope and define project impact,outcome criteria, and metrics. Translate conceptual user requirementsinto technical requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible todevelopers / project team. Lead Program Increment sessions with Partnersto identify 3-6-month priorities. Ensure that plan aligns with long termstrategic goals for business capability. Ensure the quality, accuracyand efficiency of data, supporting data governance. Drive metadatapopulation and approvals with knowledge of business purpose. Communicatewith Project team to guide proposed technical solutions. Direct Dataengineers on implementation tasks. Analyze, participate, and providesuggestions in any production support issues with Data/AnalyticsEngineers in problem resolution. Partner closely with EnterpriseArchitect to create data models in-line with organization\'s dataarchitecture. Apply use of technology modelling tools (ie Power BI) tobuild working prototypes with the help of technical teams to confirmuser expectations. Help map out team-to-team dependencies andcollaborates with capability teams accordingly. Basic Qualifications:Bachelor\'s Degree.
