　　As an individual contributor / member of the Business Operations team within Mailchimp, you will enable Mailchimp to deliver outcomes with speed, and scale Mailchimp's impact across Intuit and the competitive landscape. The BizOps team is responsible for managing major strategic projects and the Mailchimp Operating System - how the organization operates and delivers outcomes - including strategic planning, delivery of goals and programs, Operating Mechanisms (OpMechs), and processes that drive organizational effectiveness.

　　We are looking for a strategic, creative problem solver who can influence stakeholders across the organization, lead high-visibility high-impact projects end-to-end to deliver business results and bend seamlessly between strategic and tactical work.

　　What you'll bring

　　3-5 years of relevant experience in delivering significant strategic and operational impact across an organizationExperience in leading large complex projects/programs or organizational change initiativesStrategy and operations experience in a technology company or consulting experience in top management consulting firms, or strategic/analytical roles at top companiesExperience leading and facilitating conversation with executivesStrong problem solving skills, including the ability to simplify complex strategic problems with a structured approach and develop data-backed solutionsStrong business acumen and creativity including the ability to generate innovative insights and ideas to identify new opportunities that help advance the businessOutcome-driven mindset with an ability to convert strategic plans into actions and drive projects to completionExcellent communicator with strong facilitation skills and connecting-the-dot abilities.
