  We are currently looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our Nescafé Marketing team.

  Location: Maslak, İstanbul

  Type of contract: Permanent

  As a Senior Brand Manager, you will have the following responsibilities;

  Activates Brand Essence & Vision, contributes to the development of OBIs and Big Ideas, engagement strategies and creates relevant & memorable brand experiences

  Works in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted NHW leader

  Develops and updates the consumer portrait based on strong consumer insight and shape consumer engagement funnel

  Tracks the brand health and takes corrective action, where necessary

  Ensures consumer centricity, applies Innovation levers, contributes and executes Innovation pipeline with New Product Development Introduction process, maintains vibrancy via relevant renovation for your brands

  Manages 60/40+ basket, packaging, NHW dashboard, services and CSV related to your brand

  Understands in store environment, contributes to category strategy, defines desired relative price, provides recommendation to pricing and promotional strategy, proposes SKUs for key channels and key customers, as well as managing portfolio optimization with P&L understanding

  Develops and executes strong Integrated Commercial Planning for the year ahead and cross-functionally aligned brand plan

  Manages PFME, understands the business impact of PFME and TTS investment of your brands

  Which profile are we looking for?

  Bachelor degree

  Fluent in English

  At least 5 years of experience in Generating Demand functions, ideally both in Marketing and Sales in equivalent FMCG companies

  Enthusiasm to understand and adapt to the ever changing consumer world preferably young consumer target
