Expected salary range of $90,900 to $101,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Leads, coordinates, and assists the in the management of projects and programs related to the ERM framework at Exelon. Individual must work effectively across multiple ERM Directors, BSC functions, and OpCos in the management of ERM projects/programs. In addition, individual will help with the development and maintenance of documentation, preparation of high-quality and insightful board and leadership materials.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support the VP ERM Operations in the development, maintenance and tracking of projects and programs related to the risk framework (risk identification, assessment, mitigation, & monitoring) at Exelon. Work includes coordination of topics across multiple Operating Company Risk Management Committees and the administration of the Risk Classification Manager system.
Support the development of the ERM Operations Business Plan and track initiatives and results. Support development of meeting agendas and planning.
Develop Board and leadership level reports. Interface with other functional areas on Board and leadership level reporting
Maintain the Operating Company Risk Management Committee dashboard of risks that cover strategic risks, operational risks, reputational risks, financial risks, regulatory/compliance risks, and emerging risks. Perform research and develop on Key Risk Indicators and Risk best practices
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of related professional experience (business admin, contract admin, or project management) - Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to be well organized, work independently, and develop strong relationships - Strong skills with all Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel and PowerPoint a must)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
