The Quality Enclosure philosophy is hire || to retire and were excited to have you join our growing family. || || Summary: || || The Scheduling Coordinator will assist the production area with the || day-to-day administration specific to production build schedule and || delivery. || || Primary Responsibilities: || || - Prepare, compile, print, and properly sort daily production || paperwork. || - Assist in updating NetSuite notes regarding order status. || - Ensure the shipping department has the necessary load sheets and || manifests. || - Maintain communication between the production area and office || regarding any product issues. || - Notify proper teams of any QEC or QEP discrepancies. || - Save all order documentation within the designated electronic || files. || - Utilize CAD software to develop product drawings. || - Help to maintain office efficiency for accurate and prompt || service to our customers. || - Contribute to a team effort to ensure daily deliverables are met. || || Education, Experience and Skills Required: || || - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. || - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include || Word, Excel, and Outlook. || - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. || - Strong attention to detail and established procedures. || - Ability to investi ate issues and use critical thinking skills to || resolve problems. || - Familiar with Oracle NetSuite operating system or similar || software. || - Experience with CAD software of the ability to learn new software || as needed. || || Physical Demands: || || The physical demands described here are representative of those that || must be met by an employee at Quality Enclosures to successfully || perform the essential functions of this job.
