　　Description and Requirements

　　岗位内容：

　　负责SAP云客户的SAP 标准技术运维： a) 24*7 SAP Basis 运维技术支持 （早班，中班，夜班） b) 熟悉SAP HANA系统的日常监控，参数优化，后台作业管理，日志分析，安全问题修复 c) 针对客户的需求和问题进行分析和诊断，并给出可行性的解决方案。

　　负责客户的项目支持： a) SAP 系统安装，有一定的了解和经验（应用/数据库/OS） b) 根据甲方客户的需求， 定制化的给出解决方案。

　　岗位要求：

　　2年或以上SAP BASIS经验，甲乙方都可，了解热爱SAP行业，熟悉SAP未来趋势，良好的客户服务意识。

　　积极主动，责任心强，有较好的沟通能力和团队合作意识，有较强的承压能力，学习能力强。

　　良好的系统分析、架构设计和文档编写能力，能有效解决问题 熟悉SAP相关产品S4/ECC/CRM/BW/SLM等系统，掌握SAP产品系统安装，升级、迁移经验 掌握AIX、Linux等操作系统的基本管理。

　　4.有S4 HANA系统运维相关工作经验优先； 精通Oracle，DB2相关工作者优先。

　　具备英语听读写能力。Additional Locations :
