　　This position is contingent upon award of contract

　　SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a highly qualified Contract Lead for Cyber Response Analyst in accomplishing services under this contract.

　　Responsibilities

　　Uses current information security technology disciplines and practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of corporate information assets in accordance with established standards and procedures.

　　Develops and maintains knowledgebase on changing regulatory, threat, and technology landscapes to continually develop or maintain security policies and standards and ensure compliance throughout the organization.

　　Accountable for all aspects of requirements and manages the hands-on, day-to-day issues related to operational activities.

　　Responsible for operations including security, maintenance, and accountability.

　　Responsible for meeting all technical requirements.

　　Ensures that processes and network systems facilitate meeting performance requirements.

　　Point-of-Contact for issues.

　　Is authorized to act on site-specific matters relating to the daily operation of the task order.

　　Acts as a “First-Level Supervisor” for site-employees.

　　Qualifications

　　An active in scope Top Secret/SCI clearance is required

　　BA/BS in Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or a related field and at least 10 years of experience

　　Must meet DoD 8140 DCWF 531 requirements (B.S., GCFA, or GCIA)

　　Must have one of the following requirements (GCIH, EC-Council Certified Incident Handler, EC-Council Certified Network Defender, Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate)

　　Must have completed one of the following trainings:

　　Elastic Network Security Monitoring Cyber Operator Course

　　Army Endpoint Security Solution (AESS) Automated Continuous Endpoint Monitoring (ACEM) Analyst Course

　　Gabriel Nimbus 101 (GN 101) - Introduction to Gabriel Nimbus

　　GN201 - UNITY

　　GN205 - Rally

　　CounterACT ForeScout Analyst Course

　　Garrison Defense Platform v4 (GDPv4) Operator Course

　　RedSeal Cyber Threat Hunt Course

　　Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS) 201 and ESS 301 (AESS ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO))

　　ITIL Foundations certified within three months of contract start date or hiring date on the contract

　　Knowledgeable in the mission and operational requirements of the U.S. Army

　　Demonstrated understanding of U.S. Army IT operational and technical requirements and an understanding of U.S. Army IT applications and network systems

　　Expertise in management and control of complex information systems architectures involving multiple disparate databases, networks, and communications subsystems

　　Must be willing to work overtime, after hours, holidays, and weekends, as necessary

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Masters Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, National Security Strategy, or a related field

　　ITIL v4 certification

　　Detailed understanding of the Army’s Unified Network Plan

　　May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable)
