Work you'll do:

This role will own / manage the technical aspects of project success for development of a Salesforce application, including serving as the senior technical lead for development, architecture, and other aspects of the project including enterprise architecture, data architecture, sharing / security, and integrations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

Knowledge / experience with technical implementation of ATO controls (SSO / MFA / ICAM)

Experience leading and developing APIs / integrations with external systems

Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certified

Experience leading complex, multi-resources technical workstreams

5+ years Apex development experience; 3+ LWC

Advanced knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and sharing features

Experience managing and establishing architecture

Ability to advise, collaborate across teams, and develop system integrations

Willingness to conduct code and configuration reviews

Experience guiding, managing, and driving technical solutions

Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $145,000.00 to $195,000.00.
