This person will lead the ongoing development of our Salesforce and Certinia environment. A successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce platform. A successful candidate will have strong technical and data management skills as well as a good understanding of data structure and business processes. This individual should have a strong track record of executing well on daily tasks and have experience in importing, exporting, cleaning, transforming, validating, and modeling within the Salesforce.com environment. This candidate will also have a record of success in leveraging relevant Salesforce data in key executive KPI dashboards both internal and external to the Salesforce environment. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes including: Marketing, Sales, Finance, Order Management, and our core program business processes.Scope/Level of Decision Making: This is a position responsible for driving the data and operational needs of Onix as a whole as it relates to Salesforce and Certinia. In this position, you'll be responsible for both creating and ensuring Sales, finance, and back office processes are followed and improved. You will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing reporting on internal and external KPI dashboards and establishing and maintaining data quality requirements. You'll work with Sales and other Onix teams to ensure that the accurate information is going into Salesforce and that processes are being followed. This is an exempt position operating under limited decision-making and supervision.Primary Responsibilities: The Salesforce and Certinia Administrator is responsible for ensuring that correct processes are being followed and that a level of governance is consistent across all Onix teams within Salesforce. In this role, you will be responsible for Salesforce and Certinia, including PSA, Revenue Management, and connected tools. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of these tools, creating reports/dashboards with them and providing overall support.Salesforce:Manage and maintain our Salesforce Service Cloud, ensuring optimal performance and user experience for 1,000+ users.Configure custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation rules to support diverse business needs.Develop and implement reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for sales, service, and operations teams.Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce functionalities.Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.Certinia:Manage and maintain our Certinia solution (PSA, Revenue Management, etc.), supporting delivery and finance team requirements.Configure project templates, workflows, and timesheets to optimize project visibility and resource utilization.Develop and automate reporting and dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicators.Integrate Certinia with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and information sharing.Assist with data migration and system configuration during potential upgrades or
