The region will include Pennsylvania and New Jersey markets
JOB RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement plans to meet and exceed profitability goals as defined by the strategic plan, annual sales budget, and desired levels of market penetration for overall volume, margin, and product line:Attract high caliber sales talent by identifying critical skills and competencies necessary to provide best-in-class sales performance and selecting new sales reps according to these criteriaDevelop sales talent by identifying skill gaps, implementing training, development and improvement plans, and actively coaches repsUtilize information technology to manage the sales process, capture customer data, and run the businessDevelop and evaluate existing and potential customer base to identify new business and/or lost businessGrow the business by developing new accounts and growing existing accountsResolve customer complaints regarding services, products or personnel, or provide assistance to staff in the resolution of complaints or problemsMaintain outstanding levels of customer satisfactionServe as a member of the US AutoForce leadership teamLive our values of High Performance, Caring Relationships, Strategic Foresight, and Entrepreneurial SpiritFind A Better Way by championing continuous improvement and quality control efforts to identify opportunities to innovate and improve efficiency, accuracy, and standardizationContinuously learn and develop self professionallySupport corporate efforts for safety, government compliance, and all other company policies & proceduresPerform other related duties as required and assigned
QUALIFICATIONSRequired:Bachelor's Degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience7 or more years of successful consultative sales experience in a business to business environmentValid driver's license, with acceptable driving recordExperience driving a sales pipeline a mustDemonstrated experience leading a sales team and selling at an executive levelProven track record of successful sales contract negotiationsExperience using coaching and performance management as a core process for driving performance through goal setting, results measurement, individual and team development and talent identification/deploymentPrevious experience in sales management and supervision preferredAble to deal with a variety of people and situations in a positive and open minded manner and build positive business relationshipsAbility to lead, motivate and develop sales peopleGood listener and strong communicatorAction oriented, self-motivatedSuccessfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)
