About Sales Specialist Manager, Cloud Security, Google Cloud

  Minimum qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  12 years of experience in a direct promoting or channels sales role in the enterprise software space.

  6 years of experience managing and leading teams.

  Experience with the cloud market, including Security and Infrastructure solutions, and products.

  Preferred qualifications:

  15 years of experience in cloud-related sales or sales management.

  Experience managing and developing a team that carries and exceeds strategic business goals, supporting both business and career development.

  Understanding of the cloud security product ecosystem.

  Ability to build relationships, promoting to C-level executives across security and IT business units, and ensure customer success and adoption, leading to customer expansion.

  Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

  The US base salary range for this full-time position is $157,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

  Lead and develop team of sales specialists to meet and exceed their annual and quarterly quotas across the South Central region of the United States .

  Collaborate with the broader Google Sales organization to develop scaled strategies, drive pipeline, and provide oversight to the overall cybersecurity business pipeline.

  Explore and understand complex customer requirements on business and technical levels, and engage, educate, and ensure satisfaction of the installed base.

  Generate a plan to ensure broad cybersecurity engagement with new Google Cloud accounts and manage cross-functional partners in complex implementation projects and agreements.

  Build and maintain relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as an advisor.
