Insight Global is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead a team for our client in Austin, Texas for a plastics company. The Sales Manager will be responsible for setting sales goals, analyzing data, leading a team of salespeople, and developing strategies for our sales representatives. This person will be supporting inside sales, outside sales, and the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a go-getter attitude, great communication, and the ability to build relationships with clients.
Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience in a management role in a sales environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Ability to work under pressure and handle a fast-paced work environment.
Experience managing teams of 5-10 people
Able to communicate strategy when it comes to meeting sales deliverables - Coming from a plastic, distribution, industrial, metal, glass, fabrication, or manufacturing background. null
