Kforce's client, a very well established, profitable, and growing company located on the SE side of Grand Rapids, MI is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team.Key Tasks:
Sales Coordinator will serve as the point-of-contact for sales opportunities and proposal development, assigning tasks and deadlines to appropriate resources
Prepare submission-ready cover letters and offer summaries according to established guidelines and brand messaging
Schedule and attend strategy calls and meetings related to assigned projects
Ensure all project-related documentation is complete and submitted according to established deadlines, providing follow-up as needed
As a Sales Coordinator, you will review incoming documentation, maintaining notes, records, and project updates within the sales reporting system
Run reports, analyzing, and organizing data to display activity, trends, and baselines
Develop reports, graphs, and presentations to supplement proposal creation and support sales strategy
Bachelor's degree in a relevant course of study such as Business Management, Business Administration, Sales, or similar discipline
Possess two or more years of sales administration, or data analysis experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
