This position is responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of processes, with the objective of achieving excellence in operations, achieving optimal levels of productivity, costs, service and customer service. He is responsible for the development of optimization and process improvement projects related to the industrial area, in which he will assume the following main roles.

　　Responsible for the industrialization of the manufacturing process.- Generation and update of layout.- Inclusion of emergency response plan elements in the Layout. - Control and update of times and movements of the production processes.- Responsible for implementing and maintaining balanced processes and level flows.- Lead the process of internal logistics design and procurement of facilities for material presentation in existing programs and new projects.- Coordinate with suppliers and internal areas for plant packaging engineering.- Coordinate and supervise the completion of packaging instructions for suppliers, packaging instructions for finished product, Value Stream Map, Assortment Routing Operation Instruction, information flow and the degree of implementation in the different new projects according to the Program based.- Purchase, receipt and management of disposable containers based on customer demand.- Review of the Loop Size Calculation at 16 Weeks for suppliers as well as the compliance of return of empty equipment with suppliers. Follow up on critical empty shipments.- Coordinate and oversee activities necessary for the development, testing, approval and implementation of new packaging for new projects.- Implementation of packaging improvements, cost reductions, alternative packaging.Internal Use Only: Salary
