Seeking a few RNs or LPNs to help with our In-Home Nursing department in the Springfield, MO and surrounding areas.

　　We are currently seeking to hire multiple motivated and compassionate individual's to join our In-Home nursing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own home.

　　Availability: Full Time & Part Time, Weekday Visits

　　Pay Range: $25-$35 per visit

　　Responsibilities:

　　Provide basic patient care: Taking Vitals, Weekly medication Management per Physicians orders, Monthly Diabetic Nails, Monthly Skin Monitoring and Bi Yearly General Health Assessments

　　May supervise In Home Aides for Advance Personal Care (APC) Services

　　Provide instruction/ Education on Medication when needed.

　　Follow state approved care plan.

　　Attend quarterly Nurse Meetings

　　Good time management, detail oriented and self-starter

　　Requirements:

　　Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license in the state of MO

　　In Home experience preferred

　　Strong organizational and self-management skills

　　Strong and compassionate customer service skills

　　Valid driver’s license
