　　Consults, follow-up appointments and in office procedures

　　Manage and treat patients with chronic Rheumatic diseases (musculoskeletal / systemic autoimmune conditions) in outpatient setting

　　Consult with patients to understand their health concerns and perform specialized tests to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal disease

　　Order and interpret appropriate tests and consults

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process

　　Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Rheumatology

　　Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start

　　New York Residents Only : The salary range for New York residents is $247,030 to $351,843 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
