Job Description
Revenue Manager
Summary of Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:
Maximize overall Hotel revenue
Implement Yield Management Strategies
Strategic responsibility for Property Management System and Revenue Management System
Analyze market conditions and trends
Operate in compliance with the Corporate and Hotel Standards
Provide education and revenue optimizing training to relevant people such as FO, Reservations, Sales and F&B
Regular and periodic forecasting & budgeting
Coordinate and oversee the accuracy and timely submission of revenue reports
Attend all relevant meetings
Manage group pricing and statuses with Sales Team
Comply with all Hotel Policies and Procedures
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Minimum GCE ‘A’ level, University degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of luxury hotel experience
Proven ability to guide and coach team members
Possess drive, initiative and must be able to work independently
