We're excited to offer you an opportunity as a Candidate Experience Specialist in our SOAR Program at SoftwareOne. This paid program is designed for talented professionals who've had a career break of at least 3 years and are eager to make a comeback. The role About the Team As part of our APAC Talent Acquisition team, you will be the "first voice" our candidates hear. You will work closely with your team and candidates to ensure the best possible experience throughout the candidate process covering the Greater China region ( China, Hong Kong, Taiwan), Korea and Japan. You will be part of an global team where you’ll get to interact with people primarily in North East Asia, Australia/New Zealand and have exposure to colleagues based globally. Roles & Responsibilities: Scheduling interviews Securing the Candidate’s Journey and Experience Support in the preparation of reports Maintenance of the candidate database Working closely with recruiters and the hiring team, to carry out projects to improve the recruiting processes Working with the team to manage and improve our employee referral program, including but not limited to promoting internal referral openings to motivate employees to refer candidates. Hands-on experience in recruitment mechanics and behind-the-scenes work which in turn, improves the overall candidate experience Participating in recruiting programs, events, and activities when needed, including but not limited to Employer Branding Program, ATS CRM management, etc Participating and managing Talent Community Programs and seeking out potential candidates via Social Recruitment We regret to inform you that only shortlisted candidates will be notified. The selection process is expected to take another two to four weeks. What we need to see from you A career break of at least 3 year and a strong desire to reintegrate into the workforce. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Education. Prior experience in project coordination or related roles, particularly involving training and development programs, is beneficial. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with freshers, mentors, trainers, and stakeholders. Passion for supporting the growth and development of fresh talent and fostering a positive learning culture within the organization.
