  Here is what you will be doing each day:

  As our reservations agent, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests. Answering the phone with a smile in your voice, and owning problems to ensure follow-up with resolution brings you joy. You enjoy working with computers, inputting data, taking calls, dispatching calls to the correct place. You will happily familiarize yourself with the local area to assist guests with finding activities that suits their needs.

  You provide outstanding customer service interactions and it's engrained in who you are. You deliver impeccable communication and are able to read your clients over a call. You are excited at the idea of working alongside a team to achieve top notch service and you don't shy away from guest concerns. You have a keen eye for detail, and understand the importance of guest experience. You are able to multi-task and work alongside others. The pride you have in your organizational and time management skills will be a great benefit in this role. You are enjoy routine, and a Mon-Friday work schedule fits your lifestyle the best.

  Experience

  Required

  2-3 years: Must have at least 2-3 years in a customer service role, preferably in a hotelEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
