Please note, this is a full-time, hybrid role which will require a minimum of two days per week on-site at our headquarters in Westborough. MA. The schedule for this position is M-F, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Run various reports from multiple prescription benefit managers’ online reporting websites
Ensure reinsurance information on reports conforms with reinsurance contract specifications
Review all reports for accuracy before sending to internal or external requestor
Communicate with co-workers and other internal departments any changes affecting overall client base
Extract and analyze output from data mining software tool for clinical reporting
Perform various other reporting duties/projects deemed necessary to provide services to clients and/or brokers
The ideal candidate has:
A High School Diploma or equivalent
Two or more years' related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work both independently and as a member of the team
The ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality
