　　Responsibilities:

　　Repair laser scanners and accessories to PCB level.Provide customer support for laser scanning software and hardware. Handle incoming support calls and emails through the entire support process. Contact the customer, troubleshoot the problem, present a resolution, and follow up to ensure the issue is resolved.Other duties include database entry, incoming hardware checks, equipment calibrations, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications:

　　Associates degree in related field and/or 2-3 years troubleshooting, repair and support experienceStrong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office package. Ability to quickly analyze and troubleshoot issues via phone or emailAbility to communicate in a professional mannerSome lifting of items up to 50 pounds or greater is required.

　　Monday -- Friday, 8:30am -- 5pm

　　$20-22/hr based on experience
