　　Our DaVita Acute program is looking for RN's to work in the Columbus area caring for dialysis patients in the Mt. Carmel Hospital System. Our Acute Nurses will troubleshoot, and make sound decisions for our patients related to their dialysis treatment and will occasionally partner alongside the hospital staff to coordinate care. Your impact on the lives of our patients and their families will be felt every day.

　　What does a successful RN look like?Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or Pending NCLEXAt least 1 year of hands on nursing / externship experience - typically in a hands on, fast paced environmentComfortable assessing, troubleshooting and making sound recommendations in demanding situationsAbility to interact with our partner's onsite of the hospital systemSomeone who is eager to learn and expand their nursing experienceWhat does this role look like?Shifts typically start around 7:00am, but this can fluctuate depending on hospital needUsually shifts end 10 - 12hrs later, or when the last patient is safely off the dialysis machineTake call 1 - 2x per week, not always active, time and a half payPaid Dialysis Training provided (hours of work may vary during the training period; however, you will typically be working between 32-40 hours per week during trainingWant to Learn More?DaVita Mission and ValuesDaVita FactsDaVita Rewards & BenefitsAcute Services ProgramAcute Registered NurseAre you ready to make a positive difference in a patient's life?
