Location Information Saint Therese offers a continuum of care and services available in a person's own home or in one of our four Twin Cities communities: New Hope, Brooklyn Park, Shoreview, and Woodbury. Rooted in history, Saint Therese of New Hope is our largest community. This care center has 168 skilled nursing beds for long-term and transitional care. In addition, the Residence at Saint Therese of New Hope houses 225 independent apartments and suites for assisted living and memory care. Responsibilities The Registered Nurse furnishes services for nursing clients; responds to tenant emergencies and medical concerns. Evaluates/assess documents, directs and provides nursing care. Communicates status changes to family members or responsible party. Performs all duties consistent with Quality Standards and infection Control practices. Performs all job functions within State and Federal Regulations. Qualifications: Licensed RN in the State of Minnesota At least 1 year of nursing experience in long term care or assisted living setting required.
