Description
SUMMARY:Administering all aspects of the Agency’s hiring process to include seeking out, screening, and onboarding quality candidates. Attend job fairs and recruiting events as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude but not limited to the following. Other human resources duties may be assigned.
Understands the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s).
Posts positions and update as needed for agency vacant positions.
Screens candidates, selects qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase, and then connects viable candidates with hiring managers.
Counsels candidates on the interview, hiring process and when hired counsel on on-boarding process.
Organizes and attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.

Requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Associate's degree from an accredited college/university and two years of experience in recruitment or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Proficient computer skills and strong attention to detail required. Valid Driver’s License. Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred.
