　　What you'll do:

　　Screen, interview, and select qualified candidates based on a very aggressive weekly goal (20-40 hires per week) Handle communications with a wide variety of candidates Oversee and manage your calendar to effectively interview a large number of qualified prospects Collaborate with hiring managers to understand roles and location specific requirements. Work closely with other members of the Talent Acquisition Team to learn various hiring processes and best practices. Partner with the location managers and HRBP's to help increase retention Ensure an incredible candidate experience for everyone we interact with, positively reflecting the ABG employment brand. Accurately manage data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Initiate employment offers and ensures new hire paperwork is completed promptly and accurately

　　What we're looking for:

　　Bachelor's Degree preferred Experience recruiting for an hourly workforce

　　Experience with a goal and metric driven organization Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision in a remote environment

　　Skills and abilities you should have:

　　High volume recruitment, or sales, experience Excellent communication skills to effectively interface with all levels of management, to build and maintain internal and external relationships and to be an exemplary ambassador for the Avis Budget Group employer brand in the candidate market Resilience to operate effectively in a matrix organization within a fast-paced industry, during a period of significant change and growth. High sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure dealing with multiple competing priorities and a demanding workload Flexible, ability to change direction at any time, and be a true team player.
