Description

We are seeking a Receptionist for our client in New Orleans, Louisiana. This role primarily involves handling customer service duties, managing data entry tasks, and ensuring effective communication via email. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and delivering excellent customer service to our clients and visitors. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring all incoming calls are answered promptly and directed to the right personnel

• Deliver excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and detail-oriented manner

• Handle data entry tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

• Manage email correspondence, ensuring all incoming and outgoing emails are handled in a detail-oriented and prompt manner

• Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word to manage daily tasks and communications

• Use strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members

Requirements

• Proficiency in answering and managing a multi-line phone system

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering excellent user experience

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high level of accuracy and efficiency

• Experience with email correspondence, with a focus on professionalism and timely response

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously

• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, email management, and task organization

• Experience with Microsoft Word and its features for document creation, editing, and formatting
