　　We are looking for you, a R&D Digital Business Processes Developer (m/f/diverse), to support our business area Original Equipment Solutions at the location Hann. Münden.

　　In your position as "R&D Digital Business Processes Developer" (m/f/d) you are responsible to develop and improve our R&D Processes with the support of artificial intelligence.

　　Your main tasks are:

　　Identify artificial intelligence application fields in the R&D organization and drive implementation for our processes and administrative tasks

　　Create a R&D data and artificial intelligence strategy

　　Work in cooperation with external partners

　　Lead generic projects for implementation of artificial intelligence technologies with global focus

　　Coordinate the governance reporting of KPI’s and ensuring a proper use of the R&D documentation system

　　Drive the digitalization of R&D business processes

　　Academic degree in Computer Science, Economics, or an equivalent qualification

　　Experience and knowledge in data analytics and artificial intelligence

　　Experience in project management

　　Basic knowledge in software development (e.g. Python, SQL)

　　Advanced knowledge in Office365 (especially Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoints)

　　Business proficient english language skills in written and spoken

　　Excellent communication skills
