　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　Supervises staff in all duties in radiology procedures on a direct or indirect basis. Ensures compliance of all regulatory requirements through the State of Florida Office of Radiation Control and maintains all appropriate quality control as defined by above agencies. Ensures completion of all required work at the end of the tour. Meets staffing requirements for department. Provides all necessary PI data as required on the departmental PI plan. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of HCA Florida Osceola Hospital. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the core values. The employee shall support the hospital's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).

　　What qualifications you will need:

　　Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist

　　Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R)

　　Associate Degree in Radiology Technology

　　3 years of experience as a Diagnostic Technologist; prior supervisory experience preferred

　　Excellent written/verbal communication skills

　　Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
