Portland Police Department
The Portland Police Department is seeking a qualified individual to jointhe Records Division. The Police Records Clerk will perform a variety ofadministrative duties, promote efficient operation and record keepingfor the police department. This individual will maintain and controlcomplex and confidential documents within the departments recordmanagement system. This clerk position also compiles reports and relateddocuments that assist the court officer, the Police Department Attorney,and members of the community that request information. Generaltechnology experience and knowledge of multiple software systems isrequired. An ability to learn law enforcement specific software and anability to adapt to system changes when necessary. Offers of employmentare contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory criminal backgroundcheck. Weekend availability may be required.
CEBA Union position - Grade 5 - Starting annual pay \$33,871.76, plus agenerous benefits package.
