Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity in the Real Estate Property industry in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is for an Administrative Assistant who will be instrumental in managing residential multifamily apartment communities. The work environment is dynamic, requiring the ability to handle on-site management, cater to residents, handle incoming phone calls, and manage walk-ins for the property.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative assistance and support to the residential multifamily apartment communities on-site.
• Handle incoming phone calls and walk-ins, ensuring all inquiries and issues are addressed promptly.
• Support residents by providing necessary information and assisting with their needs.
• Draft and maintain procedure documents to ensure all operations are conducted smoothly and efficiently.
• Use marketing skills to promote the property and attract potential residents.
• Ensure compliance with HUD and Fair Housing regulations in all operations.
• Manage multifamily housing operations, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and effectively.
• Provide supportive housing services to residents, ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment.
• Handle domestic tax matters related to the property, ensuring all regulations are adhered to. Requirements • Proven experience in Administrative Assistance in a Real Estate Property environment
• Strong ability to draft and manage procedure documents
• Solid understanding and adherence to Fair Housing regulations
• Proficient in dealing with HUD and Multifamily Housing matters
• Demonstrated knowledge of Supportive Housing principles
• Experience in Domestic Tax issues related to Real Estate Property
• Excellent marketing skills specifically tailored to the Real Estate Property industry
• Ability to provide administrative support to various departments as needed
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under minimal supervision
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field would be advantageous.
