ManTech is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) and Mission Integrator (MI) to support NAVAIR in Lexington Park, MD.

This position requires an active TOP SECRET clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a TS//SCI security clearance.
Your Opportunity:
Project Manager and Mission Integrator - This position performs analysis to develop system of systems and mission area functional requirements; perform kill chain assessments; and support concept of employment (CONEMPS) mission assessments for mission technical baselines (MTBs) and integrated capability technical baselines (ICTBs) products and evaluations.
Required Experience:
• 8+ years experience as aircrew (pilot or NFO) in the F/A-18 E/F , EA-18G, and / or F-35.
• Experience performing data gathering and analysis
• Experience analyzing program requirements, status, budget, and schedules
• Experience collecting, organizing and interpreting technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
• Excellent written/verbal communication with experience developing briefings for senior and executive managers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project)
• Experience briefing and interacting with executive mgmt., senior leadership, etc .
• Ability to handle ambiguity, difficult personalities, and changing priorities
Responsibilities:
• Develops and tracks program/project status and schedules with proficiency.
• Develops plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned major portion of a program
• Establishes and defines program plan requirements and performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans
• Coordinates interdepartmental development of program plans
• Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual and schedule objectives are met
Qualifications:
• BS or BA in engineering, mathematics, operations research, physics, computer science, or a related scientific discipline and a graduate of warfare centers of excellence Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) curriculum.
• At least eight (8) years of experience professional experience directly related to the analysis of Naval Aviation mission areas, CONEMPS, and associated kill chains.
Security Clearance Requirements:
• This position requires an active TOP SECRET clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a TS//SCI security clearance.
