　　Summary:

　　Project Coordinators work closely with our Sales and Project Management Teams to oversee projects from startup to closeout. This role involves administrative tasks, exceptional organizational skills, and a high attention to detail. Responsibilities include ordering materials from vendors, coordinating their delivery to our warehouse, and ensuring the final shipment to the designated job site.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　A minimum of one year of customer service experience

　　Proficiency in interpreting basic construction documents

　　Familiarity with Office Suite software

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

　　Previous experience in data entry, including both numerical and alphabetical data

　　Essential Job Functions:

　　Ensure adherence to project shipping schedules and provide daily or weekly updates to customers.

　　Create and maintain a detailed tracking log for each project.

　　Track delivery dates and coordinate timely deliveries to job sites between the warehouse and customers.

　　Expedite materials with vendors.

　　Work closely with Outside Sales to solidify customer relationships.

　　Perform job closeout at project completion, including Operation and Maintenance Manuals, as well as ensuring all billing has been completed.

　　Collaborate with industry partners to resolve issues.
