  Job Summary:

  Plans, supports, implements, coordinates, monitors, documents and maylead tasks, activities and initiatives related to Security, EnterpriseRisk Management (ERM) and Resiliency (Business Continuity & CrisisManagement) programs. May also support Ethics & Compliance-relatedprograms from time-to-time.

  Principal Responsibilities:

  Provides system administration support, training and teamcoordination of sites and other systems/tools, including Teams,SharePoint, Assurance and Ariba.Compiles status reports, coordinate and maintains schedules, andprovides calendar and project updates.Identifies, collects and formats the appropriate data to prepareanalyses, updates and reports.Serves as liaison with other functional areas to remain apprised onstatus of initiatives.Keeps Security, Enterprise Risk Management and Resiliency, andEthics & Compliance Office team members aware of internal userissues and potential adverse impacts.Coordinates the scheduling of, and monitors and manages recordsregarding, Security, Resiliency, and Ethics & Compliance-relatedtraining and activities.Provides support, coordination, planning and project/programmanagement in the development of Security, Resiliency, and Ethics &Compliance-related training and communications.Coordinates the processes relating to key Security, ERM, Resiliency,and Ethics & Compliance Office projects and initiatives such asplans and invoices, reports, questionnaires and surveys, and thedevelopment/delivery of related training.Drafts process- or initiative-related documentation andcommunications, as requested.Liaises with various Security, Resiliency and Ethics &Compliance-related vendors.Other duties, as assigned.Job Level Specifications:

  Acquired and applied working knowledge of the organization, job,practices and procedures to be proficient in all aspects of the job.Performs functions semi-routine in nature, with excellent judgment,and recognizes the need for occasional alternative solutions.Work is performed independently, with minimal supervision; able toestablish priorities and manage time to complete work.Collaboration with other departments or teams may be required toperform role; may frequently respond to requests from others,including senior management, internally and externally.Impact of decisions may affect the department(s); errors may resultin loss of time, resources and/or (internal) customer satisfaction.Work Experience:

  2+ years of Security and/or Enterprise Risk management/Resiliencyprogram experience preferred.Education and Certification(s):

  High School Diploma or equivalent
