Requirements
Position Summary* Provides oversight of the residential program including supervision of staff, development and monitoring of ISP's, compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and daily operations.* Upholds dignity and respect of individuals supported by promoting person-centered care; ensures all staff provides a safe, sanitary and home-like environment.* Provide administrative on-call availability to staff/program 24hrs/day, 7 days/week or make staff aware of designee.* Effectively communicate with parents, staff and management regarding Merakey communications, updates, and program dynamics.* Prioritize and ensure money management in coordination with Merakey guidelines.Essential Functions by Leadership CompetencyEssential functions are the duties of the role, which should be written to support the role's suggested leadership competencies.Leadership Competency: Drives Results* Acts with a sense of urgency on company deliverables and projects.* Utilizes data to drive decision-making and recognizes the impact the decisions have on the bottom line.* Takes accountability for decisions and actions; embraces feedback and looks for ways to improve.* Maintains and audits all programmatic billing, financial, and medical documentation according to established guidelines.
