Job Description

　　An employer is looking for a Program Manager to sit remotely. Manage well defined program workstreams within existing frameworks that align with central release process for project planning, execution and release activities. Drive regular rhythm with engineering teams and provide daily support for managing delivery of project tasks, activities, milestones and resources. Develop, maintain, and manage project requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks and challenges. Manage project health dashboards and team infrastructure. Work closely with program/process owners to identify change and drive the consensus necessary to adopt a manageable change strategy. Manage multiple programs and projects involving multiple parties/organizations in parallel. Lead engineering teams towards targeted and scheduled outcome providing regular workstream status to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress. MUST WORK PST HOURS

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, ADO, Teams, and modifying XML

　　3-5 years of Program or Project management

　　Must have ADO (Azure DevOps) or Microsoft experience

　　Ability to work on multiple projects at once

　　Passion to optimize situations and processes

　　Demonstrated Project Management experience

　　Experience with Azure DevOps (formerly Visual Studio) (or similar) for creating and maintaining queries for project tracking Experience doing release management.

　　Knowledge of Source Control systems and usage patterns, preferably Git

　　Familiarity with Microsoft security and compliance processes null
