JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description FLSA STATUS: Salaried/Exempt JOB LOCATION:Social Services - Youth PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible for managing,supervising, and implementation of day-to-day operations of assignedprograms to ensure the completion and compliance of program requirementsand supervision/management of staff. PRIMARY DUTIES: Legend: E =Essential / NE = Non Essential / N/A = Not Applicable Supervise (2 ormore staff), evaluate, manage, and train/develop assigned staff inaccordance with the policies and procedures established by the agencyand work closely with the Division leadership as well as the Departmentof Human Resources to manage all personnel items (i.e.; interviewing,hiring, discipline actions, etc.). E In collaboration with applicablestakeholders, ensure and follow compliance with legal, organizational,and contractual requirements, laws and policies to include, but notlimited to: audits, program evaluations and recommendations, licensingstandards, file and staff compliance, new or enhanced policies andprocedures, services, provider notes, client files, complaints, monitorprogram revenue/expenses, etc. E Provide support, monitor, track, audit,consumer files, data, etc. of assigned programs and/or staff to include,but not limited to: planning, coordinating, organizing, and/or superviseday-to-day operations of respective program and staff, provide coveragefor program supervisors/staff as needed (may transport clients),coordinate training of new staff, ensure program fidelity, collect andforward billing data to Accounting for processing, and correspond withapplicable stakeholders. E Serve as a liaison and representative for theorganization, program, and staff with applicable stakeholders (i.e.;Milwaukee County). NE Ensure and follow compliance with legal,organizational, and contractual requirements, laws and policies toinclude, but not limited to: audits, program evaluations andrecommendations, licensing standards, new or enhanced policies andprocedures. E Prepare, complete, and submit required items by due datesand required timelines (i.e.; reports, monthly billing, programevaluations, guidelines, procedures, personnel items, etc.). Establishand maintain good communication, collaboration, and cooperation with allstakeholders (i.e.; Wraparound, DMCPS, Children\'s Court, etc.) NEImplement and/or practice the duties and responsibilities of a mandatedreporter of suspected child abuse under current policies and procedures,as required. E Attend all meetings and professional developmentactivities, as directed. NE Perform other duties as assigned.
