　　What does a Production Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola?

　　In the production plant of Coca-Cola products, the Supervisor oversees andsupervises the production operation for the facility per best practicepolicies and guidelines. The production environment is operational 24/7 sothe supervisor is a key team leader. The opportunity to train, equip,hire and develop team members and motivate them to do their best is veryinfluential and rewarding when working in the fast-paced productionenvironment

　　Shift Details: 3:30p - 1a (Mon - Fri, some weekends)

　　Responsibilities:

　　Ensure quality and accuracy of production operations, including accuratedocumentation.Schedule production team members to meet the demands of the facility, withinbudgeted headcountOversee cleaning and sanitation of production areas to ensure a clean,organized, and safe work environment.Provide training and coaching while leading by example

　　Requirements:

　　High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificateTrade School certified preferredKnowledge of manufacturing, production operators, and industrialtechnology preferred3+ years manufacturing experience required (beverage/food preferred).2+ years supervising manufacturing staff required.Work experience in Food Safety, HACCP, and GMP's preferredFinancial budgeting experience preferredProficient with Microsoft Windows and Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel)Proficient with CONA/SAP preferredAbility to work weekend rotation, as directed by the business

　　Base pay range is $75,475 to $94,344 plus bonus structure(dependenton role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location,prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
