About Product Marketing Manager

  The Product Marketing Manager will work be working with the Marketing, Product, Sales and Customer Success teams to help support the adoption, retention and upsell of marketing solutions.

  Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the key focus of this role is to help champion and create a clear understanding of our solutions within the marketplace, developing go-to-market plans for new products/features and helping to address key pain points in each stage of the customer journey.

  Key Job Functions/Responsibilities

  Contribute to on-going understanding of buyers, who they are, how they buy and their key purchasing criteriaCollaborate with product and marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personasDevelop go-to-market plans for new product rollouts and help define positioning and messaging of solutionsUnderstand the competitive landscape-be an expert on our competition and how they are positionedWork with Customer Success teams to create and capture customer testimonials and case studiesWork with Marketing and Product teams to develop collateral for new solutionsHelp shape and influence the unified story we communicate to the market about our solutions

  Support the writing and editing process of product content intended for promotion.Basic Skill Level Requirements

  Education:Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a related field preferred (PR, Advertising, Marketing/Communication)Skills and Experience:3+ years of product marketing experience considered an assetProven track record of success in marketing with measurable resultsKnowledge of strategic planning, budgeting, business analysis, advertising, promotions merchandising, research and analysisAnalytical skills and experience bringing products to marketStrong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersIn-depth knowledge working with marketing and design tools (e.g., MailChimp, Hubspot, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Canva etc.)Recruitment Process
