　　TikTok Search Product team's goal is to provide the best user experience and also enhance user awareness of TikTok searching. We're looking for Talented Product Managers to focus on the US market. You'll be working with global functional teams to expand the boundaries of TikTok US searching.

　　Responsibilities

　　- Have a good understanding of search and user requests, and create an industry-leading search product experience.

　　- Define clear and precise objective data metrics and subjective evaluation criteria to best represent searching performance and formulate reasonable strategies and execution dynamically.

　　- Combined with the latest development trends in the industry, actively think and explore the Future Search Product Forms.

　　- Cooperate with global teams, coordinate internal and external resources, effectively promote and solve problems, and ensure high-quality project implementation.

　　Qualifications

　　- Bachelor degree or above, 3+ years of product management working experience, experience in searching related products is preferred.

　　- Excellent in logic, data sense, communication and project management, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role.

　　- Experience in overseas work or living is preferred.

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $144000 - $297480 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
