　　Trust & Safety team at TikTok is dedicated to building a safe environment for users to discover and create on TikTok, Lemon8, and other ByteDance products. As a product manager Lead on our Trust & Safety team, you will build and manage a team of product managers. The team will help drive our safety features on several key issues, work with teams of engineers, data scientists, operations, product policies, and various relevant internal teams to build safety product features and strategies. You will be working on safety features, technical strategies to improve our trust and safety processes, as well as methods to detect and address risky behaviors and actors in the community. You will also work on project management to deliver major Trust and Safety product changes. Travel between our global offices is expected.

　　You and your team will work closely with policy leaders, product managers, engineers and data scientists around the world to design comprehensive strategies and plans. Your team will own designing features, working with engineering to build them, testing and rolling out solutions, then continuing to monitor and improve them after they ship, keeping our users safe as new threats and opportunities evolve.

　　Responsibilities

　　• Drive cross-functional efforts to achieve success, working with engineering and other teams

　　Qualifications

　　• 5+ years in product management; significant experience in hiring and growing teams of product managers

　　• 2+ years experience managing Product Managers, extensive experience in Consumer-Facing mobile or web internet companies, experience building social networking or video content applications

　　• 2+ years relevant experience -- In Trust and Safety, minor safety, fraud detection, or other relevant experience

　　• Ability to design product solutions based on evidence; proven track record of pushing ambitious product changes

　　• Good cross-functional project management skills, good communication skills; a passion to unite people behind a common goal; ability to work across time-zones and locations

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $210000 - $414000 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
