Customer service representative to provide support for Open items team.
Assists in data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools. Applies knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems (standard and non standard).
Seeks advice and escalates issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work.
Overall operational activities: follow up of open items, reporting, metrics, WTH analysis, etc
Manage relationship between Payables Teams, RTR..
