　　Job Description

　　We are looking for a seasoned professional responsible for overseeing and driving the execution of complex technical programs. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, developing and maintaining project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering high-impact solutions in the realm of pharmacy technology. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of pharmacy operations, and the ability to navigate the intersection of technology and healthcare, ensuring successful program outcomes.

　　What you'll do:

　　Create the program structure and shared alignment with the program team across Walmart on vision, business goals, program, and secure cross-functional teams dependencies' commitment.

　　Lead executive committee meetings with key stakeholders to help make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address key program issues

　　Provide on-going visibility to program status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics, etc.) to all stakeholders.

　　Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down or prevent program teams from delivering on program outcomes.

　　Manage new and existing technologies integration

　　Create a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity, speed, innovation, and learning.

　　Be a thought leader who can help accelerate the capabilities delivery and challenge others to change.

　　What you'll bring:

　　10+ Years of Program Management Experience leading complex SaaS platforms

　　Strong experience with Enterprise Agile Program Management

　　Demonstrated ability to build strong x-functional relationships

　　Exceptional and concise verbal and written communications skills

　　Skilled in Data-driven, objective analysis and decision making

　　Ability to manage large, complex programs in an Agile environment

　　Comfortable presenting to and persuading multiple stakeholders from front line associates to business and Global Technology Executives

　　Comfortable in a fast paced, growing environment

　　Demonstrated ability to rationalize ambiguity

　　Quantitative or engineering background is preferred

　　Platform Experience

　　Certified Scrum Master (CSM) - preferred

　　Project Management Professional (PMP) certification - preferred
