The Structural Heart Division within Boston Scientific was designed to support and treat patients with the aortic stenosis. The goal of theStructural Heart Sales Traineris to support the launch readiness of the anticipated ACURATE neo2 valve through a robust training program. The trainer in this role will be responsible for the development and execution of a newly designed training program that involves existing Structural Heart products, in addition to anticipated future valve technologies. About the role: Your key responsibilities will include: Executing & implementing a clear vision and direction that aligns with the commercial organization's objectives, as well as, delivering training programs (on and off-site) in conjunction with set and finalized Structural Heart Training curriculum. Development and execution of sales training program for TAVR & related products, to include, Virtual Content, Classroom Content, Field Training & New Technology Launches In-person and virtual sales training delivery Continuous evaluation and improvement of training program by assessing: Trainee performance, training program feedback Collaboration with several other business units to include, Field Sales, Marketing, Medical Education, R&D Assist in managing the needs assessment, design, development, delivery and measurement of onboarding, skills training, and continuing education for field sales organization. Communicating & identify needs to deliver programs that enable high performance to SH Sr. Sales Training Manager. Optimize the field sales team's learning and proficiency through effective coaching and application of learning, as well, as communicating feedback from the field to leadership on areas of improvement and training gaps. Collaborate across multiple functions in the organization to ensure the team's alignment with the overall business strategy. Maintain existing curriculum to meet organizational goals and needs. Lead and drive an engaging and effective continuous education program to reinforce training concepts, as well as provide input and assist in development of new training tools and/or programs. Prioritize Learning curriculum content to support cascade and embedding of learning in locations Collaborate in semi-annual sales events; participate in delivery of content as needed. Prioritize the end user experience by providing feedback to management team What we're looking for in you: Bachelor's degree (Learning and Development, Adult Education or related field preferred but not required). Fully remote based, but travel to Maple Grove HQ and training sites required approximately 40% overnight travel, with multiple consecutive days for classroom training 5+ years of Medical Device/Industry or Healthcare experience. 3+ years of Structural Heart/Cardiology professional experience and/or lab experience with technical/clinical proficiency Able to facilitate face to face and virtual classrooms Excellent listening, presentation, organizational, verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Highly skilled inManaging digital content and access portals in collaboration with technical experts. Basic competency on Microsoft Office 365 products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Knowledge of online learning management systems and web delivery tools. Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and produce high quality results with attention to detail. Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization and ith outside vendors/consultants. Proven work experience as a trainer, training facilitator and/or coordination of multiple training events. Demonstrated skills in effectively conducting training in the following forums: one-on-one, classroom or virtual learning utilizing web conferencing tools, Adobe Connect, and other tools. Experience with Salesforce and associated Learning Management Systems. Working knowledge and interest in the evolving healthcare landscape.
