About Principal Product Manager

  Overview

In this role you will be part of our Grow & Retention team, leveraging Digital Channels and Capabilities, elevating the right solution to our customers when and where is needed the most, driving value and enabling their financial success.

  What you'll bring

  7+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a product management role

  Deep customer empathy and curiosity

  Strong partnership and influence skill - driving prioritization and feature requirements to capabilities teams

  Experience partnering with teams to define, build, and deliver bold innovation through experiences that are critical to user growth, engagement, and retention

  Strong verbal and written communication skills

  Passion for solving problems (large and small). You bring a customer centric mindset.

  Strong analytical skills paired with a data-informed mindset and the ability to transform data into actionable insights

  Self-aware with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve

  Capable of decomposing a big vision into bite-size milestones

  AI & ML experience in product offerings/experiences a plus

  Bachelor’s degree required. Focus in human centered design or related discipline preferred; MBA or MS a Equivalent professional experience will be considered

  How you will lead

  Develop product roadmap and requirements to deliver a seamless E2E digital experiences for Quickbooks customers

  Work with the platform teams to align roadmaps, priorities and drive E2E experiences that deliver value to our customers.

  Collaborate with a team of top customer success leaders, product managers, analysts, engineers, designers, marketers and operations

  Own and drive KPIs/success metrics

  Develop a bold and innovative vision for the future, broken down into MVP experiences to quickly learn and iterate based on data and customer feedback

  Present regularly to the core/leadership teams on project strategy and deliverables
