　　Job Summary

　　This Position Is Responsible For Overseeing The End-To-End Delivery Of Data Components Of Projects, Managing Service To Both Health Tech And Divisional Analytic Teams (Dat).

　　Required Job Qualifications:

　　Bachelor degree and 7 years of experience in Portfolio Delivery Management or relevant experience OR 11 years of experience in Portfolio Delivery Management or relevant experience

　　Knowledge of data processing environments

　　Knowledge of big data and analytical technologies

　　Knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT application technologies and application development platforms and/or languages

　　Experience managing demands from multiple stakeholders while optimizing resources

　　Experience assuring milestone achievement and full delivery of IT and business needs within portfolio

　　Experience executing end to end portfolio delivery across functions

　　Business acumen

　　Oral & written communication skills

　　Program / project management

　　SDLC (systems development life cycle) / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development

　　Preferred Job Qualifications:

　　Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field

　　Experience with marketing analytics initiatives, including experimentation, test design, and segmentation - Marketing Mix Modeling, Multi-Channel Attribution

　　Knowledge and experience of omnichannel marketing campaigns

　　Experience in implementing Marketing applications and/or Personalization technologies

　　Experience in leading Data Lake & Data warehouse solutions portfolio delivery

　　Experience in cloud computing (SaaS / PaaS) portfolio delivery.

　　Knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT application technologies and application development platforms and/or languages
